Our petition to our President, Mr. Thabo Mbeki
If you really do care about the sad state of affairs in South Africa, then please stand up for your rights and add your name to the petition below. You can add your name by using the space provided on the right.
This is not an email petition. It will be sent on a regular basis to our President, Mr. Thabo Mbeki, and every other influential person that we can reach. This will include the international media.
Please help to make our country healthy again.
Dear Mr. President, Thabo Mbeki.
Our beloved country South Africa is dying. We cannot let this happen. Our country is losing good people through murders, fear of crime, lack of employment, and loss of faith by our own people.
As the “Chief Induna” of our country, we the undersigned, beseech you to bring about radical change to the following:
- Our Police force. Please give them more resources and allocate more money to salaries, training and recruitment. Give them more protection.
- Our courts. Employ more people so that cases can be heard and judged more efficiently.
- Our prisons. Build more.
-Plus, plus, plus!!!
Mr. President, skilled South Africans are leaving South Africa in droves to escape what is happening there. They are offering their skills to help build other countries, when they would rather build ours, but cannot due to the above.
They are leaving for the fear of being murdered and caught up in the plague of crime that is sweeping our country like rinderpest, or for lack of jobs. These people are, or were assets to the country that you and “Madiba” fought for so long for. Please don’t let our country go to rack and ruin.
We want to come back and help build South Africa.
We want to fight alongside you for justice, peace and prosperity.
